Aaran Group is focused on meeting the needs of the new generation of travellers who desire quality and comfort in their budget accommodation, and have identified the untapped gap between hostels and hotels.  As a result of this, Aaran Group has produced a new and exciting youth hotel concept, which is supported by the concurrent development and delivery of a leading online booking portal.  In order to maximise the use of this concept, Aaran have targeted the key cities around the world in the most sought after locations for the development of their youth hotels.

Property Investments

Aaran Group has a dedicated Acquisition Team focused on locating suitable properties for our respective business units.  This team has a constant presence in New York City and London.  They primarily work in the key, targeted city locations in order to identify properties which meet our selection criteria.  The property investments portfolio encompasses a range of property types, including hotels, apartment blocks, office blocks and residential buildings.

Food & Beverage

Concurrent to the youth hotel business, Aaran Group has created and is developing a themed bar concept to compliment and enhance each property.  The themed bar is always located in close proximity to the hostel/hostel, for the guests’ convenience.
